2 Tutors & 2 Life Coaches

We moved to the area over the summer and our daughter was transitioning from a Montessori school to the local public school system. We wanted a tutor who could help her make that transition easily. Little did we know how tricky the public school system would be. With the implementation of the Core Standards curriculum we quickly found our daughter to be struggling with Math, previously a favorite subject. Madeline and Cecilia not only improved our daughters grades, helped her to understand the Core Standards and build her self confidence with her school work; but they were also an invaluable help to my husband and I in navigating the public school system. I would highly recommend their services. They went above and beyond in all aspects and are just generally lovely to deal with. We have since moved our daughter to a private school and no longer use 2 Tutors, however on Wednesdays (the day we would meet with Madeline and Cecilia) our daughter says 'Bummer, no tutoring today!'

Hands down this is the best investment we have ever made with respect to helping our daughter to succeed in life! Since starting with 2 Tutors her learning strategies, time usage and grades have all improved along with her self-confidence. Her lack of math success was also impinging upon other courses and social life as she was beginning to doubt herself across the board despite our efforts to prove otherwise. We were getting desperate. Prior to 2 Tutors we dreaded the black hole known as and quot;homeworkand quot; in our home. Our daughter would walk through the door and immediately begin to implement every delay tactic in existence in order to avoid any further contact with THE 4 letter word:M-A-T-H! Any attempt on our part to jump-start the homework process was met with frustration, tears and, ultimately, anger. A task that should have been completed well before dinner was now stretching to the fringes of bedtime and beyond. Oftentimes, the first course for breakfast was unfinished homework and even then she would depart for school with anger and despair due to unfinished assignments. Adding to the frustration, hers and ours, was the fact that she was completely zoning out on tests and envisioning failure across the board upon setting foot in her classroom. The infection was spreading. She was not even listening to the teacher during the math portion of the day anymore. Admonishment, reward, punishment-nothing was working and now my wife and I were even beginning to doubt our parenting skills. What a difference time and 2 Tutors have made! While we are very, very pleased that 2 Tutors has helped our daughter to improve her math skills and grades, we are even more pleased with the overall improvement in her attitude and self-confidence. The smile on her face as she proudly displays her math test results to us, the little bit of swagger as she works on her homework and the renewed vigor with which she pursues new challenges are all due to her work with 2 Tutors. Considering the amazing work they did with our daughter, and the final results, their pricing is very fair. They will go out of their way in order to help their clients. In short, they care. The reduction in stress has also helped to improve our family time together as all sides are not arriving home already stressed and prepped for homework war anymore. 2 Tutors, thank-you for helping our entire family.
