I dropped my 2001 Buick century off for a diagnosis . Had knocking noise in the bottom of the engine area. Next day I found out they diagnosed the car and it had a flywheel issue. The flywheel had to be replaced but they refused to compete the job due to the age of the car. Apparently they were afraid other problems could resurface during the repair. I was charged $94.73 plus tax since they said it took them 1 hour to figure the problem out. I took the car to another shop where they replaced the flywheel for $890. This was 2 months ago. The car is perfect , has no issues after driving 10k miles. The conclusion: Patterson Auto Body provides no free estimates as their websites states and very disappointed they did not fix my car. I paid out $102.66 and lost that amount.
The employees conducted themselves in a professional manner but obviously cannot recommend them to anyone.

I've used Jim for over two decades and there isn't an auto technician I would trust more with my collection of vehicles. He has provided me with an array of impeccable auto services over the years, and I strongly recommend his skill to others.

We have been taking our car here for about 6-8 years. We love them! If I could give them more than an A, I would. They are so friendly and customer service oriented. I have friends who use them. They go out of their way to do a good job. They pump my gas for me, which is a huge benefit living in New York. They are just a pleasure to work with. The cars are ready when they say they will be. I have never had a bad experience.

Patterson Auto Body was good. They did what they said they would do. We dropped the car in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. The car was ready when they said it was.

I've used them several times. They gave me a fair estimate. They fix the car for what they say they are going to fix it. They do excellent work. Everything is excellent and they are very professional. I didn't do too much comparison shopping but they are probably within the range of most body shops that I've dealt with.
