Pat Moretti General Contractor Inc. was absolutely terrible. I warn people to stay away from him. He told me it would be professionally done, but he had his two children do the work. Initially, they put some kind of plaster material on the wall. When they painted, it all pealed. He had also promised to do a lot of interior work, as well and some other work, which he did very poorly. As a result, all of the paint peeled. It all had to be redone again. It took him about nine months to complete the job. He had to re-do it all and he was angry about it with me, that he had to re-do the bad work. As a result, he refused to do the other interior work he was supposed to do. Stay away from him. He takes forever and uses his children to do the work. It's not a professional job. He doesn't keep his promises. He does work that's very bad. I've never had such a terrible experience with anyone in my life. I'm still dealing with something he told me he had repaired, a broken window. So I'm still dealing with that. He did only half the work. I could have had two 20 years old to paint the house. I didn't need to hire him for him to do that. He was supposed to talk to the insurance companies a couple of times and he lied and said he did. It was all ridiculous.
