Charlie was exactly on time. He's a pleasant, professional worker....explained a lot of details as to what he was doing. The price sounded high to me but it did take about 90 minutes to complete the job, so perhaps it was more than fair.

I was very impressed with their courtesy, helpfulness and professionalism, which was apparent not only from Charlie Gossett who came and cleaned the vents but with the person (Christie) who answered my questions on the phone and scheduled the appointment. I had nearly hired one of the cheaper services that I had seen advertised in newspaper flyers but fortunately learned from my online research that a number of them are unfortunately come-on's and scams.

They are very professional and reasonably priced. They do a good, thorough job of cleaning out the dryer vents.

They responded quickly, and came over quickly. They were 10 minutes late, but they called to let me know they were going to be late. They were exactly 10 minutes late, it was perfect. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I was happy.
