I priced around and he was the only contractor who would do what I wanted. Others wanted to do the job in a day and I felt that since I never had a driveway that we would need to take our time to make sure it was done right. He had to use at least 8" of item #4 and let it sit for a few weeks. During that time he replaced and built a new concrete slab in front of my basement and laid out 90' of Belgian block as my border which he cemented into place. I would definitely use him again and will highly recommend him to anyone I know who could use his services.
