I have been going to Brook Farm with my dogs for 32 years. I could not find a better vet if I searched for a lifetime. I am always treated with respect, and never feel rushed. All my questions and concerned are always answered. My dog had his teeth cleaned there yesterday, and they are shining bright today. I also had a microchip implanted for my peace of mind, and to protect my best friend. The staff is wonderful, and they always followup the next day to make sure everything is going well. I have met people in the office that travel a great distance to go to Brook Farm. If you decided to choose Brook Farm for your veterinary needs you will not be disappointed.

We love going to Brook Farm, it is such a friendly place & the staff is so upbeat & awesome to deal with. We saw Dr. Clark this time & she took her time with Pumpie who is still a little wild. He was taken care of, nails clipped & he received his medications. You can ask them anything they will spend as much time as needed to make you feel confident. You also get followup calls on your visit!

Great people who really care for animals. We have 4 dogs and help with a rescue so we see the vet more than most. Good experience.

Dr.Clark is the best she is so nice and gets so personable with you. She takes such great care for my rats even when they aren't the most common pet and she shows them so much love, she even kisses them every time we go to brook farm!

Stella , my dog, was examined, the doctor made a diagnosis, gave us medication and the dog got better in a few days. They are excellent diagnosticians there and for a country practice they out perform the NYC Vets I use .

It is a family atmosphere there and everyone knows you and your pets. Dr. Kanouse takes his time with you and your pets to make sure all your questions are answered. I usually see Dr. Kanouse, but there is another vet there as well who is just as personable and knowledgeable. Sometimes, there is a waiting time for your appointment.

I have not had any issues with the service. The vet himself is very good, caring, and personable. I would recommend to other people. I have used them for about 4 years. Getting appointments scheduled is pretty easy. They are accommodating to my schedule. This seems like a general service, but I am satisfied with it. The wait time is not very good. For example, if you have an 8 a.m. appointment, you may not see the vet until 20 or 30 minutes later.

We love Brook Farm. They treat our animals great and you can see how caring they are with our pets. Their office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. As a pet owner, you really care about how other people treat your pets. At Brook Farm, they take great care. Getting appointments set up are very easy. They sometimes will have extended office hours to accommodate your schedule.

Dr. Kanouse has very good and practical judgment. He is all around good vet. He also knows his limitations, so if you need a specialist, he is fine with you going to them. He also has a list of recommendations for your to consult. Also, his staff is very friendly and makes my dogs feel very comfortable. He is a good surgeon and good as diagnosing. At times, there is some confusion with administration because of the staff turnover. Again the veterinary care is very good.

When we first got to Brook Farm, they were incredibly warm and inviting. Dr. Kanouse was very gentle with our dogs and took the utmost care with them. All of the nurses were very kind and helpful. It was clear to us from our conversations with him that Dr. Kanouse is very knowledgeable, as well as being dedicated to staying on the cutting edge of his profession. We were made to feel amazingly comfortable in our time at Brook Farm and, as a result, this is now our new Vet for our puppies!

I have been using them since I got my cat. They are very caring and very interested. They always call to check up on her. They call the prescriptions into my neighborhood pharmacy. When we went to our appointment, they were a few minutes late and they sent us an apology card.
