Our problem with the well was the first time we used Big Daddy's.  He was recommended by our builder friend.  In this area plumbers don't always answer the phone or turn up.  He came quickly.  Gave us lots of information and options - and best and worst scenarios.  He was out in the front yard in the middle of winter locating the buried well head and digging it out.  He put other non-urgent jobs aside to work on our problem and give us water.  Since that time he's re-seated our two toilets that leaked from the wax ring (someone else originally installed them), installed shutoffs so that we can drain the outside hose connections, and other inside plumbing fixes.  We are now redoing a bathroom and will be calling him.  He's the only plumber we trust.  A professional and a nice guy.

He's there in a pinch and doesn't oversell such as you need this or you should replace that.  He'll do a temp fix if he can't finish right away and will fix rather than replace if he can.  Pricing was fair and consistant with going rates. 

I had priced parts on my own and was charged accordingly without telling him what I had found. He performed tasks well within time frame and price quoted as well as clean up and test of system.

Big Daddy is the man. They do a very good job. He's professional and he didn't do a halfway job. He made sure all of the utilities were put in in a way that there was room for everything. I have no complaints.
