Bill Germaine took a long time to respond to my Angie's List email, then stood me up without calling or texting for the appointment time we agreed on. Never heard from him again. I understand contractors are very busy at this time of year, but a brief phone call shouldn't be too much to ask. Based on my experience, wouldn't use this provider.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS GREAT. THEY DID EVERYTHING I ASKED FOR AND MUCH MORE. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO A LOT OF PEOPLE.
