Craig came to my house about a half hour after my initial call to him. He was extremely profession upon providing us with a quote. Craig provided us with various options to install our alarm system to our new windows. He and his assistant were on time, came with a drop cloth and cleaned up after themselves. Their price was very fair. They conducted themselves in a very professional manner! We were very impressed with their services and would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or family member.

We can't say enough good things about Craig and his company VMS. Craig is honest about what is necessary to include in a system. He really cares about delivering a good product and he has the patience of a saint. He took his time to explain everything to us before, during and after the installation. His prices are very fair and he is very easy to work with. And, he was very respectful of our home- everything was cleaned up before he left. We recommend him without reservation!
