I've been using them for a long time - over 20 years. They are very good, they know what they are doing, and when you bring your car in for repairs, they make sure the repairs are done correctly the first time. They are first come-first serve. If you get there early for an oil change, they'll take you right away. If you have a more elaborate repair, you want to drop it off, but you get your car back pretty quickly.
