a I purchased a beautiful leather couch at a great price before christmas last year. I was told it would be delivered shortly after Christmas due to being out of state and not eligible for their 3 day guarantee delivery program. I then received a phone call in early January that my couch was not in stock and they were unsure when I would get it. I know when I purchased my couch it was in stock and available for delivery in 3 days if I needed it in NY so I was obviously disappointed. I spoke to 5 different managers over the course of 2 weeks which each one promising to find me a couch and not coming through. I eventually was told that they found me a couch on January 25 2012 and they would do everything in their power to get it for me. On February 5 2012 I was called to arrange delivery and they would be at my home for platinum delivery which included unpacking and placing my couch where ever I wanted. After arriving 2 hours late the delivery company left the couch outside and left. After I called Raymour in Patchogue to tell them my delivery story on how I had to move an 8ft 200 pound couch into my living room alone the manager who had found the couch for me sent me a gift card for my trouble. I have had some difficulty paying the bill online which is important because if you are late on a payment even a day they can charge you all of the interest from your no interest purchase. All in all in the end it got done but it was such a nightmare I would not wish it on anyone. If you cannot take delivery on site or live close to the store I would not recommend them regardless of their pricing.

Their whole approach was different than I have ever experienced. Their sales people are extremely knowledgable, and provided me with so much detailed information. They could not be nicer. The delivery was on time, and the quality of furniture was exceptional. The delivery and installation crew was outstanding. We've had so many compliments on our furniture, and some of our friends were prompted to remodel some rooms of their homes after seeing the quality of our purchase. I could not be happier with this company.
