PATCHOGUE POOL & SPAS CORP

We have used this company for over 25 years to provide chemicals and information on maintaining our large, gunite pool. We generally do our own maintenance,  but when on vacation Patchogue Pool takes over. They have always  been extremely helpful in providing advice in managing the chemistry  of the pool.  Unlike other  companies, they have never tried to sell us things we did not need ,  and always been friendly, courteous and helpful with any problems.   L. They are really a great local company that does really good work. They are very responsive and get out to you right away. They have also fixed problems that other large companies created. I really like going to them and have always been happy with their work.

I have used this compnay for 5 years now, ever since I moved into the house. The previous owner used them so when I found their card i called them up- Carol and Bill own the shop and knew exactly where I was and what type of pool/filter I have just by giving the last name of the previous owner. They have been opening and closing my pool ever since. I buy my chemicals from them, I bought my loop loc cover from them which they installed as well. They referred me to a solar company specializing in pools, who were also great. They came today to open my pool and found out we need a new filter- so they will handle that as well. I normally dont even need to be here, they put you on the schedule and as long as they know where everything is or you leave it out for them they do the rest. I trust them and they take care of their customers.

THIS COMPANY IS A PRETTY GOOD COMPANY. THEY ARE LOCATED CLOSE TO MY HOME SO IT TAKES THEM NO TIME TO RESPOND TO OUR CALL. THEY MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS SUPPLIED FOR THE POOL.

I FIND THEM TO BE RELIABLE AND THE PRICE FITS MY BUDGET. IT IS A HUSBAND AND WIFE BUSINESS. THEY ARE NICE PEOPLE AND TREAT THE CUSTOMERS LIKE HUMANS OR FRIENDS, NOT LIKE A PRODUCT.
