Bruce came to my home recommended by AFA Plumbing. What a pleasure!!! Bruce is punctual, professional, and knowledgeable.
I have a difficult plumbing situation, and Bruce was asked to help see if he could mitigate the situation. Not only did he call me promptly, he kept his word to call me bright and early the next morning, and showed up exactly on time at my home. He explained every step of the way with me what was happening and what situations we were encountering. He quoted me a very fair price for his service, and when the job did end up being out of his scope of service (which we knew up front might be a possibility) he didn't hesitate to be honest with me, and then didn't ask for a single dime.
After being given the run around from numerous drain companies, I have to say that even though the project turned out bigger and worse than anticipated, I would absolutely call Outback again for any services that he can provide. This guy is a class act and could teach a lot of other companies a thing or two about how to run a reputable business.
I hope to have the chance to use his other mobile toliet services in the future, because, well, who wants to have more drain problems? :)
