Mandy maids is a multi faceted residential/office cleaning service. We offer invoices, cash, paypal, or check payments. You can enlist us at a discounted rate for contracted cleanings or use a one off cleaning to see how you like us! You are free to use us at a locked in contract for weekly, biweely, monthly, or whatever configuration works for you! We do not require contracts for any cleaning we do, that's up to the client.

I received a voucher from living social for 4 hours of cleaning service.  The day of my appointment, she never showed up and never called.  I called twice that day, and every day for 5 days.  Then I emailed her for 2 days and she finally emailed me back.  She said she figured I would just get rid of my voucher when she never showed up.  She finally came the following week but she showed up 30 minutes late.  She cleaned very slowly but I thought is was fine as long as she was doing a thorough cleaning. That was not the case.  She spent 1 hour on my small 6x10 bathroom and never cleaned the tile in the shower or dusted the trim and radiators (and it was dusty).  I asked for a very thorough cleaning of the floors ( I have young children) and 30 minutes after she left My daughter spilt water.  I went to clean it up, and the paper towel was dirty.  The glass front door and back door where not cleaned at all.  She was at my home for 8 hours and I could have done more than her with 2 hours of cleaning.  Not worth the money or the hassle or tracking her down.Very unprofessional!
