If customer service is important to you, find another dealer, these people wouldn't know service if it bit them on their backside. A simple request to forward parts from the manufacturer to my home was said to be impossible, they wouldn't put a new label on the package. I offered to pay for the additional shipping costs but was flatly and rudely turned down. Find another dealer before being frustrated by poorly trained people. After spending over $5k on a stove I would expect better treatment
