They are a real pain in the neck. The desktop has never worked. The Geek Squad will come to your house look at the desktop for 5 minutes and they will charge you $80.

GEEK SQUAD WAS NOT AS GOOD AS I FELT THEY SHOULD BE. I EXPECTED WAY MORE OUT OF THEM. I STILL DON'T THINK THAT THE COMPUTERS ARE WORKING AS WELL AS THEY SHOULD BE.

I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY DID NOT DO A GREAT JOB OF REINSTALLING ALL THE PROGRAMS ON MY COMPUTER. I AM STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE COMPUTER. THE REPRESENTATIVES WERE NICE, BUT THE PRICES WERE TOO HIGH FOR THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDED.
