THE EQUIPMENT BROUGHT WAS TO BIG FOR THE JOB. THEY CUT A MAIN BRANCH ON A HUNDRED YEAR OLD MAPLE TREE, WHICH CAUSED THE TREE TO BE UNSTABLE. UPON LEAVING THEY KNOCKED DOWN PART OF OUR FENCE AND ONLY WANTED TO PAY HALF THE REPAIR COSTS.
