I had an oil leak in the basement from my burner. They knew exactly what was wrong, even told me it was a common problem. Everything was fixed within an hour. The oil mess on the floor was cleaned and they even sprayed a nice Cherry smell. Would recommend this company 100x over!

Sean/shawn was very friendly on the phone, and had a crew at my house within an hour of me calling him. The crew, Mark and Brian, were very cool and relatable guys. Usually I'll leave a tech to do his job in peace, but I felt very comfortable hanging with them while they worked, so I did! They didn't seem to mind, and I was enjoying their company. I'll def be calling upon EC Mech for my future heating projects.

Had them install a Nest thermostat. Worked fine with AC, but when I just tried to turn on the heat, it was blowing cold air. I contacted ECM to tell them but they never responded. Had a new guy come in, who told me that ECM rigged my system so that the AC would always run, even if the heat is on, so they both run when I need heat. New guy took one look at the wiring job on my furnace in my basement and laughed. My wiring board isnt compatible so I had to get a new one - wish ECM would have told me and done the job right, rather than just rigging some budget short term fix and leaving me with no heat. If you can t fix it, just tell me. But to rig something incorrectly and then not respond to my voicemail and message? Come on.

Professional and courteous

Hired him to put in a boiler, Boiler shut off after two days, he came back 5 additional visits to figure out , He thought it needed more air so he cut larger vent in the door and it did not fix issue, Finally figured out issue, small adjustment was made to the boiler, He stated he would replace door, I have been waiting a month and door has still not been replace. I just want the door replaced.

I was very happy with the install team. The project was started and finished the same day. I would recommend ECM for boiler and indirect hot water tank replacements.

I would recommend and reuse their service again. The men were friendly and professional. After the job was complete they clean off all surfaces and check the system was up and running as the way it was designed. I am happy with the service.

Sean was a great person to deal with. Very personable, we did a handshake on Friday without any contracts due to TRUST - the team installed on Monday and house is nice and cool!

Very poor service after the initial install. I had a service contract for furnace, air and hot water and they rarely pick up the phone in the office. When I finally got through, Sean refused to honor the service contract for a small oil leak from the water heater. But a part was leaking! When I asked why he wouldn t cover it, he said We re in business to make money. I cancelled the contract with more than half the period left and they refused to refund any money. I d stay away if you want good service.
