Sean came to our home in no time flat to help repair the issue we were having with our furnace. He was very professional and easy to work with. Great experience with this company. We have been battling dry air for years now. I spoke to the owner Sean, who recommended we install a whole house humidifier. Our house set up was less than ideal for it (no basement, HVAC in small closet).. Well, they tackled a seemingly impossible situation, installed the Aprilaire 800, and our air quality improved within hours! Miracle workers! After the initial install, it didn't seem to be running the way it was supposed to, and they literally came back the next morning and problem solved to make it work at 100%! Great experience. Highly recommend!

They are not up front about the rate they charge. I could of held this job off a few days if I knew how much they charge for weekend work. They gave me a Wi-Fi thermostat and charged me three times the price and could not connect it to my phone.

They came, they saw, they conquered. They came as soon as I contacted them. The problem was solved right away and it works fine now.

I still have the problem I paid them to fix. Plus, I tipped the guy 20 bucks. My boiler still shuts off and does not stay on and it is cold.

Shawn came within hour and half after calling for emergency service on my oil burner. He explained everything to me. He was thorough with our burner. He was pleasant and before long, not long had burner running efficiently. I am totally satisfied and would recommend this company. Looking to have a new unit installed and would highly consider this company to do that for us.

I keep calling East Coast back for anything i need. Today i needed 2 of my systems Tuned Up. Ecm sent a tech over by the name of Bryan. He was a blast. We had great conversation, he answered all my questions, and was super neat. He is the only tech to ever put boot covers on his shoes before entering the home, which is very professional. At the end of the job bryan reviewed a contract with me and showed me how i can save money and be covered. Needless to say, he showed me a number i could not say no to and we signed up for yearly maintenance. Highly recommend ECM!
