An awsome experiance having this company put in my boiler and heating system. As a matter of fact there was a small problem with the boiler and I put in a call in on thanksgiving to have them come on a day or two after and sean, the project manager showed up at my doorstep on thanksgiving all dressed up on his way to diner to fix the problem. No questions asked.Talk about service. It just doesnt get better than that. I will never use another plumber again.

I originally had a Sat. morn appt.Sean called late Friday afternoon to ask to reschedule to later on Sat due to an emergency.Sean called Sat afternoon to say that it was going to much later on Sat or he could come on Sun., I went with Sun.He showed up on time on Sunday.He then proceeded to clean the oil burner as well as perform routine maintenance.He also performed an efficiency test.I found him to be very neat & polite.He explained everything that he was doing.I was extremely satisfied with the service.I was so impressed and pleased that I signed up for a maintenance contract on the burner.I would definitely recommend East Coast Mechanical.

Sean Sallee came with an other plumber Kevin and removed and replaced my oil fired boiler with a new one. They did an excellent, clean, neat and professional job in a timely manner and would recomend them to my friends and family.
