It's a family owned business, his father owned it before him. He is a pleasant guy, comes and does the work. The prices are reasonable. So I would recommend him. To me, it's very personalized. He is a pleasant guy, he will sit and talk with you, he will explain what is going on. I, literally had a plumbing company in here and I still see their trucks on the block. Every time I drive past it, I go, "You lousy..." because they came to fix a drain for me and they had two guys. While the one guy was in looking at the drain, the other guy was in shorting out my electrical hot water heater. A couple of days later, I had no electrical hot water heater. I came into the room and I saw a flash at the hot water heater and I didn't know what it was until suddenly we had no hot water heater. So they were actually generating their own business. So, them, I don't call for anything. But he is very honest, that's what I like about him. He doesn't try and make his money for the week on you. He does a good job. He is usually so busy, you might need to wait several hours for him. He will usually call you right back. You call him in the morning and say, "I have got a leak," he will say, "I'll get there as soon as I can, but right now, it looks like I can't be there till 4 o'clock in the afternoon," and that is several hours away. But I know when he comes here he is going to do what he is supposed to do. You can't get him quick, but when he gets here he does what he is supposed to do. He does do a good job. The price was good because the people who apparently installed the sink here ran all kinds of wacko lines in there. He also had to work on the water filter. So, he did both the faucet replacement and the water filter. I think for doing the two things that was a very reasonable price. He sometimes just can't get to you. Even sometimes when he says, "I'll be there at 4:00," he will get there at 4:30 or 5 o'clock because he is hung up in whatever job he is doing and he has underestimated the time. But usually, if he says he is going to show up, even if it's six o'clock or seven o'clock at night, he is going to show up. But he is not really great about time. He has been coming and working on my plumbing for so long, he seems almost like a member of the family. He is certainly very courteous. He lets you know what he is doing, he lets you know what he needs, if he doesn't have it on the truck. So, he is pretty professional.
