,A complete joke and an utter waste of time, don't be deceived by initial contact, we arranged for him to install security cameras,fixed a date and a time,which involved me taking time off work  to be at the site,at the appointment time he was a no show, several calls, several hours ,no response nothing, then that evening I went on to his website and emailed him stating that he had missed the appointment , I got a response the next day, he could not keep the appointment because of the weather, which was a lie because there was no rain on that date, apart from which there is this nifty little invention called a telephone........I can understand if a bigger job comes up, you might want to postpone a small job, but have the integrity and common courtesy to call, Extremely unprofessional, use him at your own risk
