They were hired to open our pool. They did a terrible job, leaving dirt and leaves at the bottom of the pool. When they returned to finish the job (after numerous phone calls), they not only left dirt and leaves AGAIN, but CHARGED us more money. After many more phone calls, they returned again, still not finishing the job. They did not clean up after they were done, leaving a white substance on the driveway. We unfortunately had to go out and spend more money on chemicals and another pool service company to actually be able to enjoy our pool.

HE SCHEDULES HIS APPOINTMENTS AND ALWAYS KEEPS THEM (UNLESS IT IS GOING TO RAIN, HE IS THERE). HE IS A VERY FAIR MAN AND DOES NOT PUSH PRODUCTS ON US. HE OFFERS THEM, BUT TELLS US TO CHECK AROUND FOR THE BEST PRICE.

BLUE POND POOLS DID A TERRIBLE JOB. THEY WERE SKIMPING ON THE CHEMICALS AND THE WATER WAS GREEN. YOU COULD NOT SEE THE BOTTOM OF THE POOL. I HAVE YOUNG CHILDREN AND DID NOT LIKE THIS! THEY DID NOT SHOW UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO, I WAS NOT SATISFIED.
