 + -1 moreBella Homes representative/owner didn't show up for initial estimate, called again and he was very late for the second appointment. He gave a low ball estimate and alot of promises, but never followed thru. In his defense I think the business was in start up phase and lack of experience was to blame.
Description of Work: estimate was given, went elsewhere for job
