The furnaces runs good, but when it shuts off it bangs loud. The duct work going through my living room is angled, not plumb, and goes over a vent making it impossible to properly enclose. One of the installers fell off a step ladder and bounced on the floor. The same installer knocked down some of my ceiling tiles damaging them. 3 issues should have been taken care of, the furnace bang, the vent straightening up, and my ceiling tiles. The owner came out and said he would fix them, then changed his mind and said he won't do anymore work for people that work at Cummins Inc. Where I work. Then he said he'd fix the vent and furnace but not the tiles becsuse he wouldn't make any money on the job. The he said he would also change the ceiling tiles. It has been over a year now. He texted me once and said he didn't forget about me. But then he hasn't scheduled a time to fix my purchased products, improperly installed items and damaged items. A coworker had a bad experience with him as well. As soon as he gets paid he wants nothing to do with customer issues. Do not hire him.
