Shad Mcduff Roofing & Siding Specialists

Shad's quality seems good, but he lacks professionalism, punctuality, and responsiveness. His price was better than most that we talked to, but he left a few small things unfinished. A very nice guy and extremely open (maybe too much at times?). Shad was quick to start, but slow to proceed, and he 98% of the project done. Although the price worked out as it should have, he asked us to pay him before completion because he was behind on paying his employees. In hindsight this probably wasn't a good idea. Shad also left a little material behind (but this might have been intentional so we would have some spare shingles?). He did do the roof of our awning which came as a surprise. So again, Shad is a nice guy and he seems to mean well, but has a few small issues with professionalism.
