Deck Maintenance
He started off well and got sloppy as he went because I wasn’t on site. Once I sent someone to check the quality I was so disappointed. He had moved into my house and was behaving irrationally. Once confronted he stole about $5000 of my tools and equipment. This guy is a liar and a nightmare! Much of the work was not finished and more was done incorrectly. His timesheets and completion logues were a farce! Don’t let this creep into your house.
