Great! The guy showed up did all the hard parts of getting the old one out, needed to grab new fittings (they were expecting to repair it, but when he opened it up there were broken parts all over) and was back quick and had it changed in no time!

Called Pal-Mac Plumbing & Heating about a plumbing problem and they were at our house just over an hour later and had the problem fixed within an hour. Very happy with their service. We will be contacting them for future work

The plumber arrived on time, brought the new toilet as requested. He was very neat and disposed of the old toilet. A couple days later I called to request that he come back because the toilet was rocking a little. He came that afternoon and fixed the problem at no charge

I was impressed by the speed of the repair and the knowledge. I would have like it if he could have stopped to explain the cost and procedure before he did it, but overall we were happy with his work. I would definitely use the service in the future.
