Working with Justin and his team of trusted partners was an exceptional experience, with only a few minor exceptions. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they managed to stay within our budget, providing us with a solid end result. Throughout the project, we encountered a few changes, whether they were related to our preferences or structural elements, but the team handled them with ease. The crews were efficient, focused, and personable, seamlessly blending into our environment. Their professionalism allowed me to confidently travel cross country while the job was being completed, knowing it would be handled properly. Moreover, the team struck a perfect balance between seeking our input and confidently guiding us on the best approach for our basement design. Although there were some delays due to other projects, a bit more proactive communication would have been appreciated. However, once we were underway, we were always kept informed about the progress, so we never felt left in the dark. Furthermore, they promptly addressed any minor issues that arose and even went the extra mile by subcontracting an additional trade to fix an exterior plumbing problem, ensuring it wouldn't impact our brand new project down the line. I would highly recommend Justin and his team, as they belong to the top 25% in their field. We extensively compared different options, and their combination of cost, quality, and timely delivery stood out from the rest. Other bids we received were either excessively high or suspiciously low, making us uncomfortable with both approaches when compared to Justin's team. Justin clearly communicated the scope and expected cost of the projects up front, and kept us informed along the way. He also worked with us to find creative solutions when we ran into a challenge with our fence. Both our fence and bathroom were finished in less than two weeks and we are super happy!

We hired Justin and his team for an addition we wanted put on. This was our first major renovation and Justin was very easy to work with. He was very clear and straight forward about everything, always kept us in the loop and got back to us with answers in a very timely fashion. His team is very respectful of our space, knowledgeable, answered any questions we had for DIY products, and kind to our two dogs who would occasionally get in the way lol. DONT HESITATE!!!! I'm not gonna lie I was hesitant at first. I have been burned before and I was afraid of it happening again. But I'm so glad I went with my gut and hired Justin and his guys. They were very knowledgeable and professional about doing my fence and Justin always made sure I was happy with what his guys were doing and how they were doing it. "Need a Hand" company was matched by HomeAdvisor for my drainage project and I hired them for basement finishing as well. They did a great job on both projects. Justin and his team handled every aspect of our side yard renovation which included grading, drainage, building a retaining wall, patio, fence and laying sod. They are knowledgeable, communicative and professional. He was willing and able to customize the project to fit our specific needs.

Does not know how to treat a customer, does not return phone calls and took the money and ran. Emotional Immaturity and did not want to do what I wanted to be done. Not a man of integrity.
