Nick was wonderful and so knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection all around the exterior of my home and presented me with multiple options and recommendations. I will definitely call him again as I live near a farm/field and critters are always trying to move in.

I called Nick in a panic around 11am when I learned that a chipmunk had found its way inside our home. He was the only wildlife specialist out of the 7 I contacted who gave me hope that he might be able to remove the chipmunk by the end of the day. I texted him my address as soon as we got off the phone and he was able to squeeze me in a few hours later. He was in and out with the chipmunk trapped in well under a half hour. He was easy to communicate with, his price was fair and service was fast. Overall a good experience. We will definitely contact again in the future if the problem persists.

Nick was able to extract the bird and sanitize the venting. He also installed screening over the outside vent to prevent it happening again. We were very pleased with his service.

Our property is very attractive to a lot of wildlife in an urban area with dense plantings and water features. In addition, feeding the birds attracts raccoons and rats on an ongoing basis. Whenever we see one or more rats near the house, we give Nick Pallo of Frogger Wildlife a call. He arrives with multiple traps and places them wherever they are needed. He uses specialized bait that is very effective. The first time we called, he captured and removed many animals and advised how we could keep them out of that area. We trust him with any wildlife problem we have. He addresses indoor nuisances as well. Fortunately nothing has been able to get into the house. If anything is captured in a live trap, he is prompt about taking them away and releasing them into the wild.

Scratching noises were heard frequently in the attic above the master bedroom. A red squirrel was seen on the roof frequently and on two occasions entering the attic through a hole in the soffit.
Nick responded promptly to my first request for service. He examined the situation and agreed that a red squirrel was likely living in the attic. He set several traps and visited every 2-3 days for about 4 weeks. There was no sign of the squirrel during this time.
Nick plugged the hole with paper to see if the squirrel was still active. After a week the paper plug was still in place. We jointly concluded that the squirrel had left the area.  Nick installed a permanent metal cover over the hole to prevent any future intrusion.  This cover is guaranteed for 2 years.
Scratching sounds were still heard nightly. We jointly concluded that there must be mice left in the attic. This would be beyond the scope of our contract. Nick suggested tossing mouse poison in the attic where accessible (very limited area). This has  been only partly effective and sounds are still heard a couple of months later.
My impression is that this company is very responsive and professional. While not completely satisfied with the result, I feel Frogger fulfilled its contract and the squirrel was evicted. The remaining mouse problem was not part of the job. Nick made perhaps 12-15 visits to the house over a few weeks. At a cost of $600,this comes to $40-$50 per visit. While the total cost of $600 seems large, the cost per trip is not excessive. If the problem had been resolved in fewer trips I would have found the price too high, even though the result s might have been even better if the problem was resolved quickly.
So in the end the service was good and the price was reasonable. (review written Feb 2016)

Update April 2016: After the above service the squirrel we thought might have been left was still present and could be heard nightly. We discovered a second entry point in the garage which had not been identified earlier. On one occasion we saw the squirrel  in the garage and escape into this new access point. We asked Frogger to return. He came back and set traps at the original and new location, plugged some other possible access points. He returned about twice a week for about three weeks. Finally a red squirrel was caught! Fropgger removed the traps and sealed both entry points. We have not heard the squirrel in the attic for several days now.
While before we were not completely satisfied since the squirrel was not caught and continued to live in the attic; we are now completely satisfied with Frogger's service and commend his persistence and willingness to return to finish the job when additional information became available.
As as aside, at one point we contacted another company in frustration. That company's recommendation was almost identical to what Frogger was already doing. This gave us extra confidence in Frogger's approach and quality.

I had been battling a mole problem for years - tried all of the usual suggested remedies, e.g. ultrasonic gizmos, sprays to make their prey unpalatable, even traps, but I was spectacularly unsuccessful! (By the way, I don't have a grub problem - have a lawn service. Evidently, moles devour earthworms in great quantities.)
In desperation, when my lawn looked like a depleted mine field, I turned to Nick for his help, and he responded immediately. Given the amount of damage, and therefore the number of moles involved, he suggested that I take the full Summer program at a set rate. I agreed, and he laid a great number of traps on the first day, and returned, as promised, in one week to assess the results. To my delight, he had captured a large number of moles.
He suggested that I call him when, I noticed additional activity. When I did, I emailed him - and he always responded immediately, and usually came the next day to set additional traps - each time adding more moles to the total. Finally after numerous trips, my mole problem is no more!
We found Nick to be professional, knowledgeable, punctual, responsive, and always very pleasant. We give him our highest recommendation. Thank you Nick!

He dropped off and baited two traps, and gave us his number. By the evening time, it had trapped a critter. I called him, and he was at our house, removing the critter before I was done eating my breakfast. This repeated for a few days, with equal responsiveness. His prices were very reasonable (one rate for one week, with additional after that).

Complaint was scratching/banging noises in attic.
Consultant looked in attic
and found a nut, a chicken bone, but only mice droppings and what
appeared to be mice tunnels in insulation.
Recommended setting traps and filling end caps on house to prevent future entries.
Was relieved to know it was mice and not a larger animal. Consult was pleasant to work with.

The person who dealt with us is Nick. He was attentive. He did everything he could but he just gave up. I don't blame him because we have this tough little red squirrel. I still have the squirrel but I would recommend him. He came down every two or three days and he was pleasant to have around my house.
Response from Frogger Wildlife Consultants
"Thank you for the review, sorry again we couldn't get all those buggers out. Red Squirrels are with out a doubt the most difficult of all the critters to work with. They just seem to come and come."

I hired Frogger Wildlife Consultants to address a problem with squirrels I was having in the 3rd floor crawl spaces of my building and also a rat that had been seen around the building. I had hired someone to do this two years ago, but the squirrels came back. Nick was available to assess my situation the day after I contacted him. He did a thorough search of entry points and set traps in the appropriate locations. Over a two week period, he caught eight squirrels! After evaluating that the squirrel activity inside the house had stopped, he blocked all entry points for the squirrels and gave me a warranty on maintaining those blocked off points. The price was a little higher than the prior wildlife management company I hired, but the result were better.

Overall i am pleased, again, because of his honesty and making no promises.

The only thing I gave him a lower mark on was punctuality. I had the first am appointment because i had to get to work. To be fair he was only 15 minutes late but still I was hoping being the first of the day that would not be a problem. Plus I was concerned about being even later for work
Response from Frogger Wildlife Consultants
"Honesty is the best policy! Thanks for taking the time to enter a review... When working with wild animals it is hard to judge how long each job will end up taking when scheduling times. Thanks for your understanding on that, hope all is well! -Nick"

Nick placed traps strategically to catch the rats. He has different types of baits to attack them depending on the circumstances. It was the second round of trapping that actually got rid of them all. He also recommended we stop using the bird feeders during the process. Whenever something was in a trap, he came and promptly removed the trap, replacing it with a fresh one. Although expensive, he is very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. We would hire him again if we needed his services.

We found him on the internet. We thought we had chipmunks, but it turned out that we hadn't. We had bats. He went all around the house and looked under the siding to find out where little mice were chewing and did all sorts of work like that. He put a foam kind of material at the edge where the siding met the foundation. He filled all the holes with better stuff. He was wonderful. He came out within an hour or two of us calling him. He was very punctual. He showed us where he thought the animals were chewing and getting in. He gave us an estimate of the price. There was a charge for him to come and look, but that was taken off the final bill because we chose to use him. He absolutely stuck with the estimate. There were no hidden charges or anything. He also cleaned up after himself. He was great. He was also reasonably priced, but we didn't shop around much. He bought all the supplies and spent all morning working. He was here this morning to look at something else for us.
