Services we offer
We are a full service wildlife solution. We inspect your home or business for unwanted wildlife. If critters are found, we then devise a plan to remove them. That plan is then carried out through the use of various humane trapping techniques. Once removed we then seal the entry points and offer a warranty on the work provided.

Nick responded promptly to my first request for service. He examined the situation and agreed that a red squirrel was likely living in the attic. He set several traps and visited every 2-3 days for about 4 weeks. There was no sign of the squirrel during this time.
Nick plugged the hole with paper to see if the squirrel was still active. After a week the paper plug was still in place. We jointly concluded that the squirrel had left the area. Nick installed a permanent metal cover over the hole to prevent any future intrusion. This cover is guaranteed for 2 years.
Scratching sounds were still heard nightly. We jointly concluded that there must be mice left in the attic. This would be beyond the scope of our contract. Nick suggested tossing mouse poison in the attic where accessible (very limited area). This has been only partly effective and sounds are still heard a couple of months later.
My impression is that this company is very responsive and professional. While not completely satisfied with the result, I feel Frogger fulfilled its contract and the squirrel was evicted. The remaining mouse problem was not part of the job. Nick made perhaps 12-15 visits to the house over a few weeks. At a cost of $600,this comes to $40-$50 per visit. While the total cost of $600 seems large, the cost per trip is not excessive. If the problem had been resolved in fewer trips I would have found the price too high, even though the result s might have been even better if the problem was resolved quickly.
So in the end the service was good and the price was reasonable. (review written Feb 2016)
Update April 2016: After the above service the squirrel we thought might have been left was still present and could be heard nightly. We discovered a second entry point in the garage which had not been identified earlier. On one occasion we saw the squirrel in the garage and escape into this new access point. We asked Frogger to return. He came back and set traps at the original and new location, plugged some other possible access points. He returned about twice a week for about three weeks. Finally a red squirrel was caught! Fropgger removed the traps and sealed both entry points. We have not heard the squirrel in the attic for several days now.
While before we were not completely satisfied since the squirrel was not caught and continued to live in the attic; we are now completely satisfied with Frogger's service and commend his persistence and willingness to return to finish the job when additional information became available.
As as aside, at one point we contacted another company in frustration. That company's recommendation was almost identical to what Frogger was already doing. This gave us extra confidence in Frogger's approach and quality.
In desperation, when my lawn looked like a depleted mine field, I turned to Nick for his help, and he responded immediately. Given the amount of damage, and therefore the number of moles involved, he suggested that I take the full Summer program at a set rate. I agreed, and he laid a great number of traps on the first day, and returned, as promised, in one week to assess the results. To my delight, he had captured a large number of moles.
He suggested that I call him when, I noticed additional activity. When I did, I emailed him - and he always responded immediately, and usually came the next day to set additional traps - each time adding more moles to the total. Finally after numerous trips, my mole problem is no more!
We found Nick to be professional, knowledgeable, punctual, responsive, and always very pleasant. We give him our highest recommendation. Thank you Nick!
Consultant looked in attic
and found a nut, a chicken bone, but only mice droppings and what
appeared to be mice tunnels in insulation.
Recommended setting traps and filling end caps on house to prevent future entries.
Was relieved to know it was mice and not a larger animal. Consult was pleasant to work with.
"Thank you for the review, sorry again we couldn't get all those buggers out. Red Squirrels are with out a doubt the most difficult of all the critters to work with. They just seem to come and come."
"Thank you for the review! Glad we were able to get it taken care of for you. -Nick"
The only thing I gave him a lower mark on was punctuality. I had the first am appointment because i had to get to work. To be fair he was only 15 minutes late but still I was hoping being the first of the day that would not be a problem. Plus I was concerned about being even later for work
"Honesty is the best policy! Thanks for taking the time to enter a review... When working with wild animals it is hard to judge how long each job will end up taking when scheduling times. Thanks for your understanding on that, hope all is well! -Nick"
"Glad you were happy with the service, thanks for taking the time to enter a review! -Nick"
