They gladly took the order and told me "2 to 4 weeks". But they never updated me, never gave me a date for the installation. Phone calls weren't answered. My emails to them prompted vague "maybe late next week" answers. Eventually I wore them down and they installed the stone. Great workmanship, but terrible customer service. Price was no bargain either vs other supplier. Should have gone through Home Depot.
