We first shopped at Fox Auto Group while looking for a car in 2012. Everyone there was polite, friendly and overall just wonderful. We got a great deal on a great car and ended up back to purchase again 6 months later. As happy as we were with the dealership side of the business we decided to give the service department a try and were just as happy with them. We have an older classic car that was in need of some TLC and gave Fox Service Department the list of repairs we were looking for. They got us right in and got right to work on the long list, had the car back on time and on budget! They kept us informed throughout the repairs and were great to deal with. We can't say enough about the customer service at Fox...GREAT PLACE!!!!!

I brought my Jeep Patriot into Fox's Body Shop as a result of being backed into by another car in a supermarket parking lot. Even before taking my vehicle in, the customer service on the phone was great! I was able to leave my vehicle there for a week, as we were on vacation. I received a phone call when the work was done and when we went in to pick it up, not only did it look like my car never got into an accident, but they even washed it for me! They took my insurance check as payment and I was out the door in less than five minutes. I will definitely use their services again if ever my husband or I need body work again!

After I hit a deer at 60 mph with my 2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid, my Toyota dealer recommended Fox Auto Group for the bodywork, since they use all OEM parts and do good work.
My experience with Fox was very good. Initially, I didn't hear anything from them for a few days after my car was dropped off, and they had trouble locating the estimate from my insurance adjuster. After a couple of phone calls from me, they gave me an estimate of about one and a half weeks to complete the work. The work actually took about two weeks.
The final product was amazing. I can't tell that the car was in a collision at all, and you can't see any change in paint colors anywhere. This repair included the front drivers-side headlamp, bumper, quarter panel, etc. The entire bumper and hood were replaced, along with all of the internal engine components that were damaged. They even replaced the and quot;Hybridand quot; insignia on the driver's side! The final cost was about $500 more than the insurance estimate.
I would recommend Fox's body shop to anyone and would definitely use them in the future if I hit any other animals.

The price was good for the vehicle I thought I was purchasing. I picked it up a few days after I actually made the purchase (b/c of Martin Luther King Jr Day, the banks were closed the first Monday). The salesman had made the promise that they would give the car a good once over before handing it over, topping off the fluids, changing the oil, and just giving it a good bill of health. Within 5 minutes of driving it off the lot, I discovered that the heated leather seats didn't work, that the "low coolant" alarm was going off, and that the steering wheel squeaked when I turned it while going slowly. I called Fox as soon as I got back to work, and made arrangements to drop it off the next day for them to fix the steering wheel (I did my research and discovered that Jeep had put out a bulletin stating that the steering wheel squeaks when driving at low 'parking lot speeds'- why I didn't notice it on my test drive). I went out on my own and purchased and refilled the coolant, and was willing to overlook the heated seats. Next day comes and the "fabulous service center" calls and tells me they won't cover the fix of the squeaky steering wheel under their warranty b/c they don't think it's actually a mechanical issue, more of an annoyance- What? It's an issue put out by Jeep directly involving the power steering, but Fox doesn't want to spend the 50 bucks to fix it? That got me a little ticked, so I went in to speak with them about it. I brought up the coolant and they explained to me that a sensor was bad that they repaired, and it must have caused a bubble, which is why the alarm went off. They were so rude to me that I decided I would fight them on the one thing I could- the heated seats. The car was advertised with the heated seats, I paid for that car, and I wanted the seats. He tried to tell me they couldn't give me the seats b/c they had lost so much money on the deal. I stuck to my guns, he brought his manager, they finally said they'd split the cost, $500 each. I said nope, I'll just take a check for $500 then. He gave me the seat (which tells you that the cost of the new seat was less than $500, so they were trying to make me pay for them anyway, and disguise it as giving me a break by splitting it with me). They tried to make me pay for 2 repairs that should have been fixed by them, before they let me take it off the lot. I had to really fight to get the heated seats fixed, and the squeaky steering wheel still hasn't been fixed. Now here I am, two months later, and the sensor for the coolant they "fixed" has already gone bad. I understand it was just a cheap little used vehicle, and it wasn't some huge sale, but it was still a sale, and it was a lot of money to me. I can't believe how poorly I was treated, and how different this business is from its commercials. They don't care about making it right, and they certainly do a 180 after the car is sold. If they would have just fixed the squeaky steering wheel from the start, I would’ve walked away still a happy customer. The fact that they fought me on such a small, easy repair really shows the caliber of this place.

"I don't recall such a fight for us to make things right on the Jeep. If Chrysler has a recall on your vehicle they will fix it free of charge. As far as the sensors we took care of that too no problem, and nobody mislead you on the price of fixing the seat. You were offered a resolution and found it satisfactory at that time. I'm sorry you had a bad experience."
