Richie arrived promptly with more than enoughselections to look through. Suggested some changes to the design of the verticals I had in mind, which were very practical, and we went with. He told us it would be about 3 weeks, and it was. He arrived to install promptly, but there was a measurement error for the area that went over our window air conditioner, and that section had to be remade. Richie hung the full length ones across the complete window while the shorter vanes were being remade. He did say it wouyld take about a week, and it took closer to 3 weeks, but we found out that was due to the manufacturer having to locate the same dye lot, which they had run out of. While it took a while to make the shades, they kept to their timeline exactly as they promised.

I thought they did a very good job. The people who put them up were very pleasant and very professional. The only complaints I had were in the amount of time it took and I felt that they could have been more honest with me on the phone.

I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. The salesman arrived promptly, and helped me choose blinds which turned out to be a perfect complement to the rooms. The custom-made blinds were ready in three weeks, and I was able to schedule the installation quickly, at a convenient time. The installers also arrived promptly, and completed the job quickly. Everyone involved was very courteous and professional, and I'm very happy with the work.

Fine - they were always friendly, and it was great to have them come to measure and to be able to order from our house (so we could, for instance, look at the sample woods in the rooms themselves). The only problem was the installer forgot one shade, and so I had to spend much of a Saturday at home waiting for him to go get it and come back.
