STUDIO OR 1 BEDROOM APT - $100 2 OR 3 BEDROOM APT - $125 WE PROVIDE ALL CLEANING SUPPLIES & SOLUTIONS (EXCEPT VACUUMS) • Sweep and mop all hard floor surfaces (steam mop upon request, $15 upcharge) • Remove dust and debris, disinfect hard surfaces: including furniture, window frame, countertops within apartments. • Kitchen: exterior stove, exterior refrigerator, cabinets exterior, sinks, faucets, and light fixtures, (interior stove/fridge/cabinets done upon request, upcharge $25) • Bathrooms: tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, faucets, mirrors, cabinets, light fixtures and mirrors, vents • Bedrooms: remove dust from hard surfaces, sweep, mop, clean windows (bedsheet changed upon request, no charge) • Closets: laundry, pantries, and vents • Disinfect doorknobs, and all high touch points. • Interior windows, window frames/pane. (heavy grime/paint removal on window frames upon request, upcharge $25)
