"Hi Janet. Thank you for stating the floors were fine. However, we are very sorry that you feel this way regarding other issues. Please note we could have came back to sand the stairs since it was not to your liking however, you never called to address this. There was a accident with the glass & door which we took full accountability for and deducted from your pricing. We are truly sorry that this mistake did happen. In regards to the stain, the crew tries their best but is it stated on the stain release that you sign that there may be touch ups on the molding that the customer is responsible for. As far as the time, we give a window, just as other services do such as cable or furniture delivery, etc. I'm sorry we couldn't get there at the exact time you desired. Again, we are sorry you feel this way. As you stated to our workers, you have a lot of personal issues at this time and apologised for your behavior. We wish you all the best."

However, your comment regarding the valuables was very alarming especially since this was something not brought to our attention since the completion of your job in January. Upon receiving the review, the office contacted you to discuss the matter in which you stated two $2 bills were missing. We asked if you could have misplaced it by any chance because our crew is very trustworthy and customers have misplaced items such as their tools or a broom and later called us that it was found. You in turn said "maybe" and hung up the phone. Thus here we are. Feel free to call if you'd like to discuss."
