After I noticed a couple of bites, I removed the bed sheets and was shocked to observe the extent of the problem. Ana at reception was great, calmed me down and walked me through the process. Antonio did the actual extermination. Really nice guy, very personable and sounds just like John Leguizamo. He gave me the crash course in entomology, explained what he was looking for and what he was doing. He was very thorough (bed frames, floor perimeters, outlets, ect) and also helped me move some things that I had neglected to take out of the way. I know some places use steam or cyrogenic treatment. This was a spray job. He came back two weeks later but by then the problem was gone. For a five bedroom home, I thought the price was reasonable. These guys are the bed bug kings!
