They were prompt at first. It took the a week to send estimate that was suppose to take three days. They charged $200 per hour and a wildly high estimate. They were not friendly and it was a thoroughly unsatisfactory experience.

THIS IS A RELIABLE COMPANY. THEY COME OUT AS STATED IN THE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT. IF ANY PROBLEMS ARE FOUND THEY DISCUSS REPAIR OPTIONS AND CLEAN UP ANY MESS THAT IS MADE. THEY ALSO COMMUNICATE WELL.

THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. BEFORE I STARTED USING THEM MY BOILER DIDN'T HEAT VERY WELL & SEEMED TO ALWAYS NEED REPAIR. NOW IT HEATS GREAT & NEEDS NO REPAIRS FOR QUITE SOMETIME.

THIS COMPANY COMES OUT TWICE A YEAR TO CLEAN THE BOILER AND SERVICE ALL THE WORKING PARTS. THEY COME ONCE A MONTH TO DELIVER OIL. THEY ALWAYS DO A GOOD JOB AND ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THEY TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF MY FURNACE. I HAVE USED THEM FOR A LOT OF YEARS AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM AT ALL. THEY KEEP TO A REGULAR SCHEDULE AND I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY.
