small appliance repair
 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL. WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP MY TV, THEY GAVE ME A TOUR OF THE UNIT AND EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT HAD HAPPENED. THEY REALLY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY. IT'S NOT LIKE YOU JUST GO UP TO THE DESK AND PICK UP YOUR STUFF AND GO HOME. THEY WERE A LITTLE BIT MORE CUSTOMER-ORIENTED.
Description of Work: IT WAS INTERNAL WORK ON A TV MONITOR. IT'S A 42 INCH HIGH DEFINITION REAR PROJECTION MONITOR. THEY CONCURRED THAT IT WAS A CONVERGENCE BOARD PROBLEM AND IT HAD BLOWN TWO IC'S.
