All around they did a good job and I would use them again in the future.

The windows were ordered in May and installed in July. The installation was good but one basement window was the wrong size and none of the screens fit. The screens are removable. The installers did not leave the house clean or push all the furniture back when they left. The screens were reordered and still did not fit when they returned the next month. The basement window was installed in September. I had to be home 6 times for the screens to be installed and they did not fit any of the times. The last time (October) most of them were ok but I am still waiting for 12 screens. Maybe they will be right the 7th time. I tried to call the owner of Window Tech many times and he never returned my phone calls. I had to deal directly with the factory myself because Window Tech did nothing. I am very disappointed with this company. The windows do look nice but the company is unreliable. I ordered the windows in May and they are not yet finished in October.

THIS COMPANY ARRIVED ON TIME EACH DAY AND GOT THE WORK COMPLETED IN THE TIME FRAME WE WERE GIVEN. ALL THE WINDOWS FIT WELL, AND THERE IS NO LONGER COLD AIR COMING IN AROUND THE EDGES.

WE REALLY LIKED THE WORK THAT THE WINDOW FACTORY DID ON OUR HOME. WE LIKED THE QUALITY OF WORK AND THE PRICE SO MUCH THAT WE HAVE ALREADY HIRED THEM TO DO MORE WORK ON OUR HOME.
