The fan was making a screeching noise. I called and Bob came over and checked it out. I needed a new fan. The next day he dropped off an estimate which I approved. He ordered the part and a bout 5 days later he called and told me the fan came in and he would come over and install it within the next few days. No body needed to be home, he could do all the from the roof side. Two days later he was here and did the install. He called me the next day to see if I heard it working. Yes and everything worked out AOK.
