Terrible. The tech arrived over an hour late stayed about 40 minutes, changed me $140 top tell me my furnace was old. Didn't check or change the filter or nozzle. The tech could clearly hear the flame wasn't roaring. This isn't fare to the consumer. This toe of business practice is unacceptable and should be outlawed and considered a crime.

Rebuilt sewer system . House had old system that ended up backing up. We were very happy with them and used them several times for other plumbing emergencies and routine maintenance.

I have my hot water boiler serviced once a year in the fall. Martin Plumbing has been doing this for me for at least 10 years. I always ask for one particular individual to clean and service my boiler since he knows my boiler as it can be a little touchy at times to adjust. He does an excellent job. I'm pleased with the work they do.

We called Martin on Thursday morning and they had us explain the problem in as much detail as we could. They said that they would try to get someone out that day. They did keep in contact with us a few times that day and advised us around mid-day that they would definitely come out the following day so they could have someone that could move around underneath the house to diagnose and fix the problem. They called Friday around mid-morning to let us know they were on their way. They arrived about 40 minutes after they called and got right to work. They crawled under the house and diagnosed the problem immediately. They fixed the unglued pipe, regraded, supported and strapped the pipe. They were done in about 45 minutes with everything and I was very happy to find a plumber that worked on a manufactured home without issue. Also glad they take credit cards to pay, just in case. Will definitely contact again for work in the future. Thank you!

The solution works very well but was expensive. Wish it hadn't taken Martins 6 months to arrive at a solution and install it.

They are extremely honest, and always show up within about 2 hours of when we have called them.

They are the kind of people we can leave keys for and they come in and do their work, taking care not to let our pets escape.

We will continue to use them!

His name was Mr. Rogers and he was like their master plumber. He was amazing. I called and told them what my problem was and that it wasn't responding when I turned my faucets on. He came the next day because I told him not to come that day since it was a weekend and he said that it would cost me more. He came the next day and checked the pump to see if it was repairable and what the problem was. The pump was like 30 years old and it had burned out. He installed a new pump very efficiently, and in record time. He was so nice and so pleasant. He was concerned about getting mud into my house. He did everything very efficiently. He showed me the old pump and asked if I wanted to keep it, and I said no. He was just really good at his job. We had talked on the phone prior to his arrival the day before and I had told him that I thought I had a shallow well. He said that there are two different pumps that it could require, and he brought them both. He had one on board to install right away.

The plumber was prompt, initially helpful on the phone, neat and tidy in his work habits. He was very professional, an efficient and quick worker. Very pleasant gentleman. And he is obviously, from everything I experience, a master at his work.
