It was all good until it came time to pay. My husband had a heart attack and we were out of town. I tried to explain but he wanted his money right then. It took some coordination but we got him his money that day. It just made an already stressful situation a lot more stressful. I felt very intimidated. Later he apologized but it just made me nervous. I got the feeling you definitely did not want to mess with him. However his work was good. He did deliver.

He seemed confident, very polite and very thorough. He had to come in twice because of the faucet issue. I would rate him high overall. I did recommend him to friends. I would use him again in the future.
