I received a thorough inspection and asked every question that came to mind. Clearly, Russel Fontaine knows his history and his work and simply gets the job done. Youâ ll need to be patient for the report but when you receive it, youâ ll see why. Detail oriented pages with pictures(!) and a table of contents. Wow. My favorite quality about Mr. Fontaine is that he really works with you. I didnâ t feel uncomfortable asking my questions and he truly gives you his time. I am 100% going to use him again for any potential future home inspections. Thank you for your service.

He said it would take 3-4 hours. He was done in less than 2. He didn t explain anything while he was here. And then told me to pay him and I d see a report by Friday. It s now Tuesday and I haven t seen a report. When I tried to contact him Monday, I got no response.
