We called them on a Sunday, and received a response within an hour. The technician was able to diagnose the problem, but was unable to get a replacement part until Monday. Another tech came early on Monday to replace the circuit, much to our relief! Both techs were courteous and professional, and the response time was great, especially given that it happened on a Sunday. We will contact them when we have any other electrical jobs to be performed.
