Ketcham Fencing Inc

Big is not better with Ketcham fencing. I re-hired Ketcham after winter damage because they installed my original fence. Times have changed and this time the gate was set too high And the land was ripped up. The workers dragged existing cement with vinyl post still in them and threw this into the yard behind mine. I asked for help. One disgruntled worker returned and literally dumped cheap bags of topsoil and grass seed everywhere including the new gates and left without tamping it down. He sent the other worker to have me come out to witness his tantrum. I had to call again and days later Gerald stopped by and after I asked gave only a small credit because he insisted grass would grow. Then it rained and deep crevices exposed how deep the sand dumped there was. After another call the owner sent another worker with a few more bags of topsoil. I refused this and asked for the sand to be removed, after several calls from me the owner phoned me and screamed at me stating the did not have to fix anything because it was not in the contract. The entrance walkway is so uneven that the owner of the lawn service company I use tripped in the mess today. The ants in the sand are happy but still no lawn after more than a month. I filed a complaint with Better BusinessBureau today..

I hired Ketcham fence on a referral from someone else. I obtained three estimates, one higher one lower. The rep from Ketcham was on punctual and took the time to measure the project ( one guy just "eye-balled" it, and gave me a detailed estimate of the work involved, the products that would be used and timeline it would take. Bottom line, they did everything as promised. Quality fencing was used, unlike with all due respect to the big box stores which uses a cheaper grade. I was so pleased with them, when I had other fencing needs, I didn't even bother to get three quotes, but just went right to Ketcham, and once again did a fantastic job.
