Sorry this has to be the first review for this dealership but bad press is the result of bad service:
Just purchased a 2008 Nissan Titan from this dealership sight unseen. My cousin, who is very knowledgeable about vehicles and happens to live nearby, inspected the vehicle and reported to me it was overall in good shape, the two main issues that it drifted to the right so it needed an alignment, and that the brakes were spongy, with the rotors all looking like they should be replaced soon. Talked to my salesperson, Gloria Squires, about these issues and she said it would be taken care of. She reports back that rotors don't need to be replaced to pass inspection (not what I asked for), brakes are fine, and that alignment was getting done before pickup.
So my cousin picks it up, still drifts to the right and brakes are still spongy. Ask if they sent repair records and alignment records with him, answer is no, they don't have records for in house. Previously they said an alignments are done at a different shop, so I ask where it was done to ask them if they aligned it and to see if they just forgot to center the wheel prior to alignment. Gloria, in all her professional wonder, ignores my requests for records or transparency, and tells me to just return the truck and she will rip up the paperwork because she didn't make any money on the deal anyways….
As far as the purchase process, Gloria did well securing a decent loan for me, getting the paperwork quickly to me since I was out of state, and getting a in transit pass from NYS so I could have my family bring the truck to me here in PA. It is exactly the vehicle I was looking for, at a decent price, however I feel taken advantage of, especially since I'm out of state and cannot do much to rectify the situation besides let others know about the bad experience I had.
To the dealership: if you wish to rectify this situation and take care of the agreed upon work prior to pick up that was not done, please contact me so I can revise this review.

got pulled over on Saturday, got a fix it ticket for monday by sunset. Called down to shapiro and even though i had never been there, they squeezed me in on their busiest day so i wouldnt have to pay the ticket. In and out, at the lower end of their price estimate. A+!

They were recommended to us, and we lease our cars directly through the owner. You can call or send an email to tell him what you need, he'll have you come check it out, and you can drive away in it within 5 minutes. Once you have been approved through Chrysler credit, it's just a matter of punching a few buttons and getting a car. He bends over backwards to make sure he gets you what you want. I would recommend them. If he doesn't have the car you want on his enormous lot, he will get it from another company. They have a great service department there as well.
