He is very good. He doesn't even need Angie's List because he has so much business. He just knows us and he has been around for a very long time. He is honest. He is reasonable and he is very busy. You will have to wait for sometime until it is an emergency. He said that he could fix the furnace and he also said it was a kind of furnace that had so many switches and this and that on it. He tends to break it because it needed a new board. The furnace was acting very stupid and he had brought one helper with him and the helper could not find out the problem. When Mr. Comerford came, he figured out the problem and I didn't mind spending money on the board to fix the furnace as it was going to break again. He gave me the good price. He took away the old one. He also went a little beyond that because I needed holes outside pipe and he installed it at the same time for $120 and that was reasonable to me because before that we couldn't use the holes. I knew he was right because I had problem on and off with it.
