We bought a house which had been vacant for 8 months with the fridge running the whole time. Upon move-in we determined the fridge wasn't cooling properly. After replacing a controller module and making other adjustments it was determined that the condenser coil had a slow leak and had been venting for several months. After installing a new coil, and making several adjustments to fan placements, the problem was resolved. Bob worked with the manufacturer to diagnose and repair a series of cascading failures brought on by close to 8 months of running the fridge empty.
