The quality of the work was excellent but I signed up for a special which offered the recovering at a charge of $99 for $200 worth of recovering.  When the pillow was returned to me I was billed an additional approximately $200 bringing the cost to about $300.  There was no mention of the extra charge when I signed up.  I think I should have been informed of the total cost at the time I accepted the offer.  Not to be forthcoming on the additional charges is deceptive.  Plus, I think $300 to recover one pillow is excessive.  I supplied the material.

I highly recommend Creazzi Upholstery. Marisol and Marcello were gracious and professional. They did an absolutely beautiful job recovering my Bergere chair, and their quality craftsmanship is top-notch: I provided the material. They matched the striped pattern perfectly, refinished and reinforced the wood frame, and restuffed the cushion plumping it up with down. I will definitely call them again for future projects. I am so, so pleased!

They did a perfect job. It was completed exactly when they said it would be. Their personalities are gracious and lovely. I'm looking around for other things that need upholstering.

We were quoted a competitive price. The only (small) problem we encountered was that voice mail messages didn't seem to go to the right person. However, I had a cell phone number for someone who was very responsive. We were impressed with the quality of the upholstery. When the delivery people (who picked up and delivered right on time) carried in the sofa, they made sure that the pillows were put in the right position (to match the pattern on the fabric).

I called less than 3 weeks before Christmas and left a message. My call was returned the next day. They came to see the chairs and took one to the workroom for the upholsterer to do the estimate and for me to select fabric. They could have made a markup on fabric if I ordered through them, but they suggested a local source that would save me money. It took me several days to get there, but I purchased fabric & had it shipped directly to them at a good savings. I decided to oil the teakwood on the chairs prior to the reupholstering, so they cheerfully brought back the 1st chair for me to oil while they were loading the other 5 into the van. The fabric delivery to their workroom took 5 days, but once they received it, they had my chairs finished in 2 days, delivering them 6 days before my Christmas dinner. They had assured me from the start that I would have my chairs for Christmas, and they delivered! They brought me the fabric remnant also.
