+ 0 moreArlindo is unresponsive, unprofessional, get's lost for long amounts of time, never returns phone calls, makes promises he apparently has no intention of keeping. Stay away from this unprofessional contractor. It appears he offers bids for jobs that undercut the competition and then disappears22
